Dual slab PAGE system AE-6510 (mini-slab) / AE-6290 (slab)
Temperature-controlled PAGE of proteins or nucleic acids. Consists of a slab gel casting unit, a chamber and TempCon (heat exchanger). One or two gels can be run simultaniously. Both two surfaces of each gel plate are in contact with buffer. The chamber has buffer inlet and outlet ports to connect with TempCon, which has a circulation pump to recirculate buffer. TempCon also is connected with a thermostatic circulator. Heat exchange between buffer and circulation fluid is made within TempCon. This system affords 5 to 60 °C temperature control of buffer. Two types of gel sizes: 138mm x 130mm(AE-6290) and 90mm x 80mm(AE-6510).
CompactPAGE AE-7350
AE-7350 is a recently renewed compact-slab size PAGE system including a power supply. The gel size(60mm x 60mm) and the apparatus body are very compact and easy-to-handle. Buffer volume required is only 90mL, as a result, running cost can be saved. Electrophoresis time is only 30 minutes. In spite of compact size and low price, it offers the same level of separation as the mini-slab gel electrophoresis system.
Compact PAGE (Twin) AE-7341
Compact-slab size twin PAGE system with an embeded power supply. The gel size(60mm x 60mm) and the apparatus body are very compact and easy-to-handle. Slab Gel Electrophoresis Chamber AE-6200
High resolution separation with simple operation. One entire surface of gel sandwich is in contact with buffer for rapid heat dissipation and uniform gel temperature. It affords relatively fast, high resolution separation, while minimizing the possibility of smiling effect, distortion or diffusion of bands, without the requirement for cooling. A gel is held simply with unique pressure platen, without the use of screws or clamps, while eliminating the possibility of slippage or leakage. This chamber is transparent, has no obstructions to visibility, and provides ease of access to sample wells and observation of separation.

Slab gel casting unit specific to AE-6200/6220 enabling easy preparation of 138(W)x130(H)x0.5-2.0mm(Thickness) slab gel. A pair of glass plate, a seal gasket, and a comb are included.

18 x 20cm, moderate gel size provides necessary and sufficient migration distances to reconcile high resolution separation with high operation efficiency over larger and smaller gels. Gel sandwich is backed by built-in aluminum heat sink, which is backed by water jacket, built-in and removable. Circulating thermostatic water through the water jacket provides temperature regulation of gel, that is essential for SSCP or differential display of nucleic acids, as well as cooling of gel.
