E-Graph AE-9000
E-Graph is an imaging device equipped with a highly sensitive CCD camera, designed to use with a Windows PC. E-Graph provides simple and quick gel documentation procedure with 14-bit high resolution image data. The sample gel image captured is directly transfered through an USB cable to the connected PC, and on the display screen the user can easily optimize the image and analyze it.

Printgraph AE6933FX gel documentation system consisting of a high sensitivity monochrome CCD camera, a camera controller with various functions, and a FX type shading cabinet. Real-time capture of a sample image is possible. There are two kinds of camera controllers, one is AE-6905CF ImageSaver CF that can save images to Compact Flash (in AE-6933FXCF-U), the other is AE-6905V VideoFreezer that can not save images but is low-cost(in AE-6933FXN-U). AE-6933FX includes FX cabinet - 475(W)X335(D)X660(H)mm - which is large enough to handle gels of max 250X200mm size in the cabinet.

VISIRAYS is a LED illuminator to excite fluorescence from proteins/nucleic acids with visible light at blue(B)/green(short-GS)/green(long-GL) region of wavelength. Fluorescence detection using visible light is much safer than one using UV excitation.
CS Analyzer - Image Analysis Software
CS Analyzer is a versatile image analysis software for electrophoretic patterns. This software can be used not only in combination with ATTO Printgraph/E-graph gel documentation systems and LightCapture/Ez-Capture imaging system, but also with a variety of images of other sources i.e. a video camera, a image scanner, or networks. It can handle various formats of images including 8 bit TIFF/BMP/JPEG or 16 bit TIFF, etc. and provides densitmetric measurement of zone/area/spot, normalization of distorted images, image conversion, and so on.
