Fermograph II-W AF-1101 / Dougraph AF-1200

Fermograph II-W AF-1101

Fermograph was first developped to measure a volume of gas produced by yeast leavening in the bread making process over two decades ago. Fermograph II - the improved version of the original Fermograph -quantifies the gas volume using a manometer and a pressure sensor at a user-set intarval, store the data, and provides Excell conversion. Fermograph series has been used in baking industries, yeast production companies, milling companies, manufacturers of frozen bread dough, food ingredients or additives including enzymes, improvers, oil/fats, surfactants, national research centers involved in breeding yeasts or cereal grains, etc.

Versa-Logger AF-1700

Versa-logger is a successor model to AF-1200 Dougraph designed to measure power consumption of a mixer during bread dough mixing. Mixer power consumption is closely related to the rheological change of the sample dough. Versa-Logger can also be used in digitizing and visualizing mixing/whipping/needing/transport process of whipped cream, confectionary batter, paste, dairy products, etc. Calculating options includes moving average, max and min curves, peak detection, 1st and 2nd differential, and data conversion to CSV format, etc. Users can select a 100V or 200V model, applicable for different types of mixers, for example, AC100V desktop type or AC200V semilarge type.
