e-PAGEL : Mini-slub size polyacrylamide gel
Precast polyacrylamide gels with preformed wells, specifically designed for use with Atto Mini PAGE systems. The ready-to-run gels simplify and speed protein and nucleic acid electrophoresis procedures. The gels afford either SDS-PAGE in Tris-Glycine buffer system or the PAGE without SDS. Fixed concentration gels and gradient gels with 14 or 18 sample wells are offered. Use-by date of the gels is about 6 months under 2 to 10°C storage.
c-PAGEL : Compact-slub size polyacrylamide gel
Precast polyacrylamide gels with preformed wells, specifically designed for ATTO Compact PAGE systems. Gel size is such compact as 60(W) x 60(H)mm. Even if gel size is compact, it realizes high resolution of separation and high reproducibility.
New SDS-eliminant : New reagent for removing SDS from protein samples
SDS-eliminant is a new reagent for removing SDS (Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate) from protein sample denatured with SDS. Two solutions are included. Solution A aggregates with free SDS micelle in solution, which is separated with centrifugation. Solution B forms mixed micelle with SDS bound to denatured protein after incubation, consequently restores protein function.
NOTE:
SDS-eliminant can remove most part of SDS in sample solution, however, all the protein function is not to be recoverd due to variety of protein sensitivity to SDS.
New EzFastBlot : New buffer for much faster blotting
EzFastBlot is a new semi-dry blotting buffer solution, which reduces blotting time to offer much faster protein transfer to membrane. Composed of single reagent and simply diluted ten-times prior to use. Methanol free. When using EzFastBlot, electric current from 250mV to 450mV is required. Please use a high-current type power supply to apply this buffer.
New EzWestLumi : Chemiluminescent substrate for HRP
EzWestLumi is a new chemiliminescent substrate for Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) with picogram level sensitivity at low cost. Its wide dynamic range and good linearity are advantageous for the quantitative analysis of target protein. Signal intensity of EzWestLumi keeps stable over 24 hours in 2-8 centidegree.
New EzBlock Chemi/EzBlock BSA/EzBlock CAS : New blocking reagents
New low-cost and easy to operate blocking reagents for western blotting released : EzBlock Chemi is a non-proteineous blocking reagent with improved blocking performance compared to EzBlock. New proteineous blocking reagents also introduced - EzBlock BSA and EzBlock CAS, containing Bovine Serum Albumin and Casein respectively, either package including Tween 20.
